Pinnacle Pctv Serial Number Serial Number Won't Work?

Serial number won't work? - pinnacle pctv serial number

I have the serial number of an old Pinnacle PCTV recently, I found in my closet. Unfortunately, when I try to bring attention to the serial number, that it is wrong and does not make me over again. Can anyone help? Incidentally, for Pinnacle PCTV MediaCenter.
