One of my friends has cancer and is known from the surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She lives on the east coast and has access to a range of high quality medical facilities in the Washington / Baltimore, but decided to fly all the way to Rochester, Minnesota, on the Mayo Clinic.
Do you think that places like the Mayo Clinic, which provide a better ultimate surgical care in local hospitals in Washington / Baltimore? Go from the insurance business to pay the average person, in places like the Mayo Clinic?
