I bought a 2 TB external hard drive and want between 3 computers and a Playstation 3 shares if I have a USB Ethernet adapter to buy and connect to my external hard drive, then the router to work?

Probably not.
The external drive would be for most of the server functionality to work, how you want them to realize it work.
