This combination is a drug called Fiorinal. It is prescribed for tension headaches. Butalbital can certainly do you feel "high" and that this drug can be for the same reason anal I know people who are the drug or relative (Percocet, containing paracetamol, aspirin) dependent. They went through withdrawal symptoms when they no longer use. Be careful!
